Content :

Our offer of capacity management enables in an optimised manner the management of :

  • the available capacity most of the time integrating a reserve (headroom), in order to prevent the equipment undergoing performance degradations due to saturations of resources,
  • the required capacity (optimisation of the sizing of the resources or service commitments, absorption of the seasonal activity peaks),
  • the planned capacity: pro-active management of the configuration's adaptation deadlines.

When the available capacity is way beyond the required capacity, the resources are underutilized. Conversely, if the required capacity exceeds the available capacity, the service level is globally degraded.
