The Commercial department needs Project Management capabilities for leading a Mobile project for Sales users:
- create a new mobile application in an agile manner
- improve feedback and On-The-Go capabilities for Sales users
- provide alerts / notifications on activity status

The main challenges and targets are :
- agile delivery with a short deployment timeline.
- the infrastructure of mobile and website are shared and related.
- new resources within the project team who are not familiar with the application.
- diversity of mobile devices and screen sizes.
