Julien is an experienced ITSM consultant, specialised in the Operation and Transition stages of the services' lifecycle.
He works in particular on change management with our clients, in order to guarantee the long-term success of the ITSM approaches.

Previous experience

After starting off as Service Desk Manager in France, he emigrated to Switzerland to integrate a large international group where he took over of the role of Incident & Knowledge Manager for the clients of the outsourcing branch.

He then joined a prestigious bank of Genevan position, where he took in charge the Incident&ChangeManagement processes.
