Role and tasks

François-Pierre is an experienced head of projects in the implementation or evolution of IT infrastructures. He places great importance on human and relational factors in the success of projects.

François-Pierre is an active member of the Société de Management de Projets (SMP), in Switzerland, where he regularly intervenes on very concrete subjects related to operation steering.

Previous experiences

After starting in the field of databases and of application development, he worked during 13 years for a big international group where he took charge of major projects such as :

• the relocation of data centers,
• the consolidation of servers,
• the evolution of the global mail system.

For this same employer, François-Pierre took in charge for 3 years the management of the outsourcing organisation's project wallet dedicated to one of its big banking sector clients. His mission also consisted in the coaching and methodological support to project managers.
