After the creation of a second entity in Nantes, d²X Expertise continues to deploy its "One Stop Shop Project" strategy with the setting up of a second regional agency in Auvergne Rhône-Alpes, the company's headquarters.

Ophélie GOMES joins the Group on this occasion as the Business Unit Manager, alongside Julie TESSARO with whom she will share the deployment of d²X in Auvergne Rhône-Alpes.

Ophélie has 18 years of experience, including 14 years in a large consulting company and 4 years with a software publisher. She has worked for a large part of these 18 years in Project Management of all kinds (waterfall, iterative, agile, build project, service management) as well as in different sectors (energy, public sector, private and financial services). Most of these assignments involved projects in difficulty.

Four years ago, she was in charge of team management in Lyon before taking over the regional management of the infrastructure side. As a SAFe Agile coach, Ophélie also teaches a Project Management course for the EM Lyon "La toile" course at the Saint Etienne site.

"I decided to join d²X Expertise for three main reasons:

• Firstly, for the team: human relations are essential for me,
• Then for the vision carried by the Executive Management: to be the leader in the management of projects whatever it is. This opens so many perspectives and evolution because project management is not only in IT and is constantly in motion,
• Finally, for the approach, based on three aspects: “Project and Service Delivery", "advisory" (upstream of the project) and “People and Performance” (support through training and recruitment).

I will also continue at d²X to engage myself on societal topics which are close to my heart:

• The climate, by being the animator of the The Climate Fresk.
• Attracting female talent in the digital sector, for which I have given a few conferences.”
