Role and tasks
Marion is PMO within an employer service which regroups existing applications as well as projects and a competence center. She is in charge of the management of the employer service's different budgets, plannings, orders and receptions.
Marion started off as a software certifier on a financial and accounting system's overhaul project. She then moved on to a mission of receipt coordination on this same project, before turning to project owner missions in the field of business intelligence.
She then became in charge of three applications within a BI department and developed particular skills :
