Previous experience

After starting within development teams, Karine specialised herself around Oracle technologies. Following this complete technical experience, Karine was able to join production teams within tasks such as :

• Infrastructures' exploitation,
• Administration of Databases,
• Outsourcing Service Management,

Karine then orientated her career around ITSM skills, enabling her to support Departments of Information around the implementation and optimisation of production activities led by ITIL Processes (Change Management, Release Management, Problem Management, ..).
