We are looking for an IT Recruiter & Office Manager who will be responsible of all topics related to Human Resources with a focus on recruitment in Singapore and more globally in Asia and any other administrative tasks assigned by her/his manager (business, finance, communication, logistic). The IT Recruiter & Office Manager will report directly to the Head of Singapore Office and functionally to the Talent Director and the Chief Financial Officer located in France. 

He or she will be responsible of:

RECRUITMENT 

  • Champion the end-to-end recruiting strategy of our consultants in Singapore and more globally in Asia
  • Manage full-cycle recruiting process for the Singapore Office ensuring a seamless, uniform and incredibly positive candidate experience:
    • Work very closely with the MD to understand needs and priorities
    • Create and publish standard Job Descriptions
    • Source candidates from relevant networks, online and internal databases, employee referrals and passive candidates through identified effective recruitment channels and networking
    • Create and develop a strong network/pipeline of potential candidates for recruitment with an active presence in the market and a deep research-orientated understanding of the industry
    • Participate and organize recruitment events in Singapore
    • Screen resumes and shortlist potential candidates for interviews
    • Perform reference/background checks on shortlisted candidates
    • Schedule and conduct interviews
    • Schedule successful candidates for courses (to be interviewed by the relative expert within d²x and/or the MD)
    • Generate and collate recruitment statistics for monthly reporting
    • Review and recommend improvements in existing work processes
  • Regarding to appetence of the IT Recruiter & Office Manager, he or she will go with the MD to client meetings

HUMAN RESOURCES

  • Insured the onboarding and follow-up of any consultants hired:
    • Manage Work permit applications and renewal with the MOM
    • Update staff movements to the Medical Insurance
    • Prepare and manage Offer letters, Contracts of employments, resignations…
    • Track statutory leaves like Annual, Medical, Childcare, National service etc. and file requisite claims with authorities
  • Deploy Global HR Policy in Singapore and manage it (find training partners in SG, define the training’s financial arrangement, follow the training applications, help to build the d²x consultant’ professional path…)
  • Industrialize and improve HR processes in Singapore in relation with Europe and formalize key documents to support it
  • Organize company events for team building and knowledge management

FINANCE

  • Be the admin contact to our clients:
    • Prepare and send all documents needed for new clients (SoW, Bank details, invoice information…)
    • Generate client invoices, insure client related expenses and disbursements are billed, track payments

COMMUNICATION

  • As a local representative of the communication, you will deliver local actuality contents to the head of communication and help to build d²x’s brand on social network by publishing d²x related contents, liking commenting and sharing posts…

PA TO THE MANAGING DIRECTOR

  • Any other responsibilities assigned by the management as arrange business trips, collect and send mails, post cheques, book meeting rooms, organize and send Outlook invitations….

 

SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS 

  • Experience in recruitment in the IT industry in Singapore is required
  • Experience in sourcing candidates through multiple channels (web/social/professional networks, etc.)
  • Networking and mingling with people comes naturally to you
  • A first experience in dealing with the work permit with MOM is a plus
  • Fast learner and desire to take more and more responsibility
  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to prioritize competing demands
  • Pro-active and Highly adaptable in a fast-paced working environment
  • Positive mind set and attitude
  • Independent and committed
  • Self-motivated team player
  • Impeccable English written and verbal communications skills
  • Speak and read French is a plus
  • Singaporean or Permanent Resident only
