Why did you join d²X?

I was in contact with d²X for a few years and I had the opportunity to participate in interesting and exciting exchanges with the founders of d²X, Anthony and Bernard.

I was charmed by the company's strategy, which is oriented towards management and support for change. These are subjects in which I believe for the future.

The human size of the company and its ambitions were also a determining factor in my choice.

In your opinion, what is d²X's strength today?

As previously said, the strategy is very coherent to me but I also think that the strength of d²X lies mainly in the quality and the diversity of the consultants. The experiences, the competences and the high level of expertise of the collaborators enable the company to be recognized in the services industry.”

What are the specifics of your job?

In change management, the objective is to convince and set up systems that enable customers to perform well in their production monitoring exercises. This requires an understanding of the processes involved in managing customer services related to information systems and technologies, and the organization of many exchanges with the people involved in the support business. »

What kind of mission do you have at the moment?

At the moment, I am working on the implementation of change management support on a project of migration of a a customer service management monitoring tool: defining the communication plan, defining the new processes, organizing, deploying and running training courses (450 trainees) in collaboration with the Training Center entity to the ServiceNow® tool.

What was your most emblematic mission at d²X?

Maybe the next assignment!

All in all, the current mission is very rewarding, especially since it takes place in an international context and should lead to the implementation of a contracting authority type organization with a strong agile component!

What makes the difference at d²X?

The quality of the consultants and being open about accompaniement through training. The quality of the consultants and being to support through training.

Thank you Denis for this interview!
