Why did you join d²X?

I was offered a first experience in the banking sector. I used to work in the industry and distribution sector and I wanted to continue to diversify into other sectors. d²X has therefore established itself as the ideal springboard.

What is the main strength of d²X today?

The core strength of d²X is clearly its ability to answer our clients' needs as precisely as possible. The Manager clearly understands their needs and knows how to transcribe their requests in order to offer the support of a d²X consultant adapted to a project.”

What are the specificities of your job?

The specificity of my job is to be a "chameleon":

• Collect all the information and link them to each other to make relevant analysis and recommendations,
• Constantly adapt to the contexts, stakeholders, events, organizations, processes, cultures of our clients, without forgetting the issues of policy and influence, and all this without losing sight of the fact that the essential is operational.

What are you working on right now?

I am assisting the IT department of Lausanne University Hospital (CHUV) in the development of a call for tenders in order to identify the most relevant service providers to support them on several of their applications.

What was your most emblematic mission at d²X?

My emblematic mission was in the banking sector, in a difficult customer context. The client trusted me while nothing on paper guaranteed that I would succeed in achieving the objectives. In this complicated context, d²X has highlighted my interpersonal skills to ensure the success of the mission.

What makes the difference at d²X?
